Susan Johnson is a published nonfiction author with The History Press, specializing in Arizona history and folklore. She co-founded Freaky Foot Tours in Flagstaff in 2015 and researches every tour story from primary archives at the Arizona Historical Society, the Pima County Library, and the Pima County Recorder.
She founded Freaky Foot Tours in Flagstaff in 2015 with her son Nick Jones, and the company now runs haunted-history walking tours in Tucson, Flagstaff, and Prescott. Every story guests hear on the Tucson tour traces back to her research, not to recycled internet copy.
